Hospital de Sant Pau
The Hospital of the Holy Cross and Saint Paul (Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau) is an impressive hospital complex which was built at the beginning of the 20th Century by Lluís Domènech i Montaner and his son.
The Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau is one of Barcelona's most special modernist constructions and it is a must see. Although it is currently undergoing renovations, you can go on guided tours or walk around the grounds on your own.
It was made a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997
