Gaudint Barcelona Suites apartments will make your stay in Barcelona as easy for you as possible.
• Where can I collect the keys to the apartment?

At the reception, upon confirmation of arrival time.

• How will my booking be confirmed?

You will receive an email confirming your booking.

• What time must I enter and vacate the apartment?

You can enter the apartments from 3pm and the check-out time is 11pm. If you need to enter at an earlier or later time, please let us know and we will check whether this can be accommodated.

• What happens if I arrive late?

For arrivals after 19pm we provide access codes. Please let us know Your arrival time beforehand.

VERY IMPORTANT: Due to the new security protocols, we remind you that we do not have a 24-hour reception, so we ask you to inform us of your arrival time to move around and give you the keys to the apartment (we request that you notify us in case of delay in time agreed)

• What happens if I cancel my booking?

There is no extra charge if you let us know within 7 days.

• How can I pay for my booking?

According to the payment method established in the season.

• Are there any extra charges?

No, the price stated on our website includes taxes except the tourist tax. 

• Do I need to leave a deposit?

On the day of your arrival we ask for a deposit of €200, which will be returned to you on the day that you leave

• Is the credit card payment secure?

The credit card is to guarantee your booking.

• If I need something, who should I contact?

We have a service from 9.00 to 19.00 and outside these opening hours we have an emergency telephone number.

• What happens if I break or lose something?

We ask you to let us know as soon as possible so that it can be repaired, replaced or the cost calculated.

• How many people can stay in the apartments?

The maximum capacity is 2 people maximum. Extra beds are not allowed.

• Do I need to bring anything with me?

Not at all, the apartments are fully equipped. 

• Are animals allowed?

No animals apart from guide dogs are allowed.

• Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, except on the balcony in the suite or in the area of the patio which is intended for smoking.

• Do you accept hen or stag parties?

No stag or hen parties are accepted.
